Construction Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Traveling Construction Superintendent in Mukwonago, WI to work with a general contractor that specializes in ground-up commercial construction throughout the country.

The individual in this position is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and supervision of all field operations on commercial construction projects.

Duties :

• Lead all on-site construction activities and manage daily field operations.
• Develop and maintain the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations, conducting daily and weekly safety meetings.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct and document daily job reports, progress photos, and field logs.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to track costs, material deliveries, change orders, and project documentation.
• Participate in weekly project meetings, providing updates on schedule, manpower, and jobsite conditions.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve field issues or conflicts to minimize delays.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
