Responsibilities :
- Oversee and process bill payments while ensuring timely reconciliation of client accounts.
- Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports using tools such as Quicken and QuickBooks.
- Assist with annual tax-related tasks, including the preparation of forms such as 1099s and W-2s.
- Maintain direct communication with clients and their advisors to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Support administrative reporting needs and ensure accurate documentation of financial activities.
- Utilize financial software, including QuickBooks and Bill.com, to streamline workflows and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a client-first approach in all portfolio management tasks.
- Monitor and manage asset allocations within client portfolios to meet their financial goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial administration or portfolio management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts with precision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and advisors.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple financial portfolios.
