Yard Spotter Mon-Fri - Naperville, IL

Schedule : Monday–Friday (8 : 20am–5 : 00pm)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Spotter to support daily trailer movements and warehouse operations. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring timely processing of shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, be comfortable working in various weather conditions, and possess the physical ability to meet the demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a powered industrial truck to move trailers between dock and yard locations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle reports.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and stage products within the warehouse.
• Follow all yard safety protocols including use of dock locks, chocks, and speed limits.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including inventory, picking, and staging.
