About the Role

Kandi America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dealer Sales Assistant to join our Dealer Sales Team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient dealer operations. You will assist with order entry, dealer communications, reporting, and sales-related tasks while working closely with our sales representatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent computer skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process dealer orders in the order management system (e.g., NetSuite) and ensure all details are correct.
  • Support the dealer sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including updating sales reports, tracking order statuses, and managing documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the dealer sales team and internal departments such as logistics, finance, and warranty.
  • Respond to dealer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify product availability, pricing, promotions, and shipping details before processing orders.
  • Assist in preparing dealer-facing communications, quotes, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer accounts, orders, and sales-related activities.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency within the dealer sales workflow.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or order processing (experience in automotive or powersports industries is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and comfortable working in ERP / order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, EDI, or similar).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with dealers, sales reps, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
