Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3-D BIM models in AutoCAD and Revit MEP for electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Design layouts, single-lines, power plans, installation details, grounding plans, and cable schedules.
• Perform power calculations and apply NEC and other relevant standards.
• Conduct clash detection, analyze clash report numbers, identify package owners, and communicate findings during internal meetings.
• Coordinate closely with architects, civil, structural, and mechanical engineers to deliver integrated project solutions.
