The Apartment Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that vacant units and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the property, providing residents with a welcoming and well-maintained living environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Sanitize and clean appliances, countertops, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets as needed.
• Remove dust, cobwebs, and debris from vents, baseboards, windows, and all surfaces.
• Dispose of leftover trash and any remaining items from previous tenants.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues that require repairs after move-in.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment while following safety protocols.
• Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines and support the maintenance team as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and leasing offices.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify maintenance needs.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring appropriate inventory levels.
• Take on heavy-duty cleaning tasks and assist with special projects as requested by management.
• Notify management of any deficiencies, repair needs, or potential safety hazards.
• Keep supply rooms and equipment storage areas clean and organized.
