Now accepting applications for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong leadership qualities to join our Assisted Living team as Resident Care Coordinator.  This role is ideal for an LPN who not only provides excellent clinical care, but also inspires, supports, and guides team members in delivering the highest quality of service to our residents. POSITION SUMMARY :

Resident Care Coordinator implements standards of resident care on a 24-hour basis in the AL / MC units of the campus. This position oversees the nursing aspects, directing and evaluating of all Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s personnel providing direct resident care within the campus.
