We are looking for a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our brand new, fast-paced pediatric dental office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (front office required).
• Friendly, patient, and able to create a welcoming environment for kids and parents.
• Ready to answer phones by the second ring and greet all patients promptly, as you are the first impression of our office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy setting.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and patient communication.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
