Raytheon Logistics Team Member
Raytheon is hiring a Logistics team member to support the 3PL operated Receiving, Inspection, Warehousing, Kitting, and Outbound Shipping processes being performed in Manchester, NH. The 3PL operations support the Raytheon factories located in the Northeast US. The ideal candidate will collaborate with 3PL staff to ensure Raytheon Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) meet or exceed established requirements. The candidate will work closely with Raytheon factory representatives to ensure support is in alignment with contractually stated expectations. The candidate will collaborate with all relevant parties to identify improvement opportunities, reduce waste, ensure compliance, and support key strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership characteristics and have the ability to shift frequently between strategic and tactical tasks. Candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including, but not limited to, touch labor employees, supervisors, management, and senior leadership, both from a 3PL and Raytheon perspective.
Candidate will monitor and approve invoices and support the review of financial budgets. Candidate will participate and lead in weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews with the 3PL to monitor performance and hold 3PL accountable for appropriate resolution. Candidate will also be asked to engage in leading projects involving increased scope and scale to our 3PL operations.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
