Position : Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney – Remote (California-Based)

Location : Fully Remote – Must reside in California

Position Type : Full-Time | 100% Remote

Salary Range : $150,000 – $175,000+ , based on experience + monthly and annual bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Handle civil litigation defense cases , including construction defect, personal injury , and other complex matters
• Independently manage casework from pre-litigation through trial prep
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Collaborate with colleagues virtually while maintaining a high degree of autonomy
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed
