Position Overview

Seeking an independently licensed therapist who thrives working autonomously with supportive practice backing. Manage your own caseload and schedule while seeing clients from a shared office space 2-3 days per week. Perfect for a licensed clinician who values independence, professional growth, and meaningful therapeutic work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adults for anxiety, trauma, depression, and related concerns
• Maintain caseload with a minimum 19 available weekly session slots
• Complete timely documentation in TherapyNotes EHR
• Manage your own schedule and client communication
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, etc.)
• In-office presence 2-3 days per week

Compensation & Benefits

Pay : 45% revenue split = $49-$72 per session

Monthly Bonus : $200 PTO bonus
