Duties
The General Manager (GM) is in charge of managing restaurant operations from inventory to employee relations. He or she is responsible for daily record keeping, including completing the Tighten Up Book, inventory, ordering, and scheduling. Staffing decisions and hiring / firing also fall to the GM. In short, the GM is held accountable for any day-to-day operational requirement. Great Greek managers are working managers. GM is also responsible for developing and coordinating marketing efforts and community events.

Compensation : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
