Core Competencies :

Minimum of 1 year dental hygiene experience

Positive & Proactive Energy : Brings optimism, accountability, and enthusiasm to daily interactions-creating a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and team members.

Skilled in evaluating overall oral and system health, including risk assessments, periodontal charting, and recognizing restorative or esthetic needs.

Comfort with Technology : Confident using intraoral cameras, digital scanners, and diagnostic tools to enhance patient education and treatment accuracy.

CPR Certification

Prior knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training

Essential Functions :

Collaborative Treatment Planning : Works closely with the doctor to co-diagnose and present comprehensive treatment plans in a way that supports patient understanding and acceptance.

Strong Relationship-Building Skills : Able to connect with patients to build trust, comfort, and long-term loyalty through genuine communication and care.

High Clinical Standards : Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, infection control, and evidence-based care.

Commitment to Continuous Growth : Enthusiastic about ongoing learning, CE, and staying current with the latest in hygiene science and Comp Dentistry.

Adaptability & Team Support : Willing to assist teammate and contribute ideas to enhance the patient experience and practice systems.

Mastery in radiographs, periodontal scaling and root planning, oral hygiene instructions and case presentation
