Hardscape Crew For Paver Stone Installation

Looking for an immediate hardscape crew for paver stone installation. 193 sq ft of paver stone to be installed. Class A, sand, and pavers are on site. Pay is $1,701 for this job. More jobs will be lined up to provide a stress-free / hassle-free income stream. This is a smaller job to verify the ability to accomplish bigger jobs. We seek construction professionals with established expertise in hardscape construction on residential building & remodeling projects. Previous construction experience with hardscape projects is required, as are strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic and the ability to follow our documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with specified details and Quality Assurance Checklist to check construction drawings with sales design drawings to ensure adequacy and accuracy of information
• Check materials delivered against take-off and inform the franchisee of shortages. This will allow for the prompt delivery of missing items and uninterrupted workflow
• Establish and follow a schedule with Franchisee
• Maintain an orderly job site - clean up daily and ensure safety practices are utilized
• Maintain positive relations with customers
• Refer all problems to the franchisee for resolution
• Contact the franchisee if necessary to resolve immediately
• Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed
