Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst to support a large enterprise in Charleston, SC. This role will focus on configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software / hardware while providing 2nd-level technical support to internal users.
What You ll Do :
- Configure, install, and maintain workstation hardware / software in a Windows environment.
- Provide deskside and remote support for incident tickets, service requests, and user issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; ensure compliance with security standards.
- Support Citrix / RDP access, print devices, and asset management.
- Document configurations, create guidelines, and contribute to process improvements.
What You Need :
A+ CertificationExperience with Windows, Microsoft M365, IBM BigFix, Trellix, Cisco AnyConnect, ServiceNow.Strong customer service and communication skills.Nice to Have :
Asset management systems, NetScout, A / V support, Citrix support.
