Automation and Robotics Account Executive at iRiS Recruiting Solutions

A growing manufacturing company near Indianapolis is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its engineering team, improve processes, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities :

Oversee engineering operations, quoting, and process development
Manage and mentor a team, ensuring accountability and growth
Optimize manufacturing processes and resolve production challenges
Maintain engineering standards and workflow documentation
Collaborate with sales on customer solutions
Lead ERP system improvements and capital projects

Qualifications :

BS in Engineering or equivalent experience

5+ years in engineering leadership or team management

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
