POSITION SUMMARY
Job Purpose : The FOH Team Member position is responsible for four separate functional areas
including counter service, drive through order taking, drink order taking, and drive through window
service. This position will take orders, process payments, and fill and refill drinks according to recipes
and company procedures.

Drive Through Order Taker (Outdoor)
- Takes orders accurately and processes credit card payments in the drive thru line
- Understands the menu and is able to answer guest questions and troubleshoot basic guest concerns
- Uses a tablet to accurately place orders using Point of Sale software
- Communicates effectively with other team members
- Understands and executes company guidelines for timeliness and accuracy
Counter Service
