Wind Operations Coordinator

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator (Wind).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate wind operations to ensure a professional and efficient experience for pilots and customers

Lead the recruitment and training of new pilots through the online training program

Prepare for pilot site visits, troubleshoot issues, and support pilots with project needs

Required Qualifications

Project management skills

Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Coda, and Asana

Knowledge of the wind industry and its equipment is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Fluency in English; Turkish is a plus
