About Us

We are a growing electrical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for an experienced electrical foreman to lead a team of electricians and oversee shop production. This role does not require a prefab background, but a Texas Journeyman License is required. If you have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a crew of 2-10 electricians, including apprentices and journeymen
• Oversee shop production schedules and ensure work stays on track
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet industry standards and project requirements
• Maintain and oversee shop equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Train and mentor junior electricians, fostering a strong team environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace
