Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n\nFlu vaccination required for submission. Government issued ID required. Drivers License / State ID.\n\nShift & Scheduling Requirements : Every other weekend required. Start date : 3-4 weeks based on compliance tier, biweekly starts.\n\nFloating Requirements : May float to Medical Cardiology or Med / Surg. Required to float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East / Shiloh as need.\n\nSpecial Request Requirements : Self-motivated autonomy intensivist is a consult via Tele-ICU at times relief charge in a 6 bed ICU small 1 : 1-1 : 2 ratios.\n\nUnit and Facility Details : Parking Cost : None\n\nDetails : \n\nAUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position.
