About The Position

Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Profession : Rehabilitation Therapy

Shift : Monday - Friday, Days

Hours per Shift : 32

Experience : New graduates are welcome. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.

License : State License Verification required.

Certifications : Current certifications as required.

Must-Have :

• Completed prescreen.
• Resume and license verification attached.
• References (3) required.
• Background checks including county criminal, federal criminal, multi-state criminal search, nationwide sex offender search, HHS / OIG search, GSA search, social security number trace, 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon, and SAM search.

Description :

Candidates must ensure the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission.

Resume and license verification also need to be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

Covid test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
