Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (Temporary for 3 months) - Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and input payroll data into the ADP payroll system accurately and timely

Coordinate with various departments to ensure payroll information is accurate and received on time

Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance with federal and state payroll requirements

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of payroll or accounting experience required

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

General knowledge of payroll and accounting principles

Good PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
