AHEAD is searching for an Onboarding Engineer to be a part of our Managed Services team. Candidates are eager to learn, customer focused, an effective communicator, self-initiating and can perform most tasks without direct oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements with new customers to integrate their IT infrastructure into AHEAD's Observability platform.
• Perform infrastructure discovery and configure monitoring for technologies including Network, Server, Storage, Backup, Data Protection, Hyper-converged, and Virtualization.
• Configure and tune monitoring tools to proactively monitor customer environments.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert and escalation point for complex onboarding and monitoring issues.
• Collaborate with service owners and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and platform integration.
• Automate onboarding tasks and processes using scripting languages and APIs when appropriate.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
