Salary : $105,000 – $120,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead equipment and process installation projects at our Greenville, IL and Indianapolis, IN facilities. Our operations transform raw corn into high-quality flour used in tortillas and chips. This position will oversee full project lifecycle management—equipment installation, utilities, process integration, contractors, and OEM coordination—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and ready for production.

What You'll Do

• Lead equipment and process installation projects that expand and improve production capabilities.
• Partner with plant teams, contractors, engineers, and OEMs to define scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate utility upgrades and process systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate project meetings, resolve issues, and keep leadership informed.
• Track progress, budget performance, and technical documentation to support continuous improvement and future expansions.
