About the Role :

We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Paid Social Coordinator to join our Media team. In this role, you'll help plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results for our clients. If you're passionate about digital advertising, media trends, and social behavior, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do :

Develop paid social strategies and recommendations based on client goals and platform expertise

  • Execute and manage paid social campaigns, including trafficking, reporting, billing, and budget oversight
  • Collaborate with platform partners and share insights with internal teams and clients
  • Coordinate invoicing and reconciliation processes across client accounts
  • Conduct industry research to inform campaign strategies and recommendations
  • Create presentation materials and POVs for client communications

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related digital field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage large budgets and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for digital media

    Responsibilities

The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.

    Responsibilities

    Work with team to develop paid social strategies and recommendations for assigned clients based on expertise and knowledge of the social platforms, client's business and campaign goals, and understanding of the paid social landscape

    Execute, manage and optimize paid social campaigns - including budget management, trafficking, reporting and billing

    Manage day-to-day correspondence with partners. Learn about offerings and new beta tests for assigned clients and share information back to the team and with clients

    Work with BizOps and team to coordinate invoicing and reconciliation process across client portfolio

    Manage trafficking of campaigns into paid social platforms with extreme attention to detail

    Conduct industry research using a variety of sources to inform client recommendations and approaches

    Support in the creation and production of presentation materials including paid social strategies and recommendations or POVs for clients

    Qualifications

    Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree (Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest certifications preferred)

    Experience Requirements : 0-2 years experience in relevant field (Marketing or Digital Media experience preferred)

    Travel requirement : Some travel expected

    Supervisor Responsibility

    Direct Reports : This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

    Indirect Reports : Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

    Environmental & Physical Requirements

    Office / Sedentary Requirements : Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.

    Field Requirements : Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli / bakery areas. The position typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each workday performing the following activities : Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use consumer goods products, prepare, and serve food and beverages safely as appropriate for the product demonstration.
