This opportunity is perfect for a general urologist with heavy robotic interests, and certain subspecialties may also be supported within the context of a general urology position. The position was created as part of the health system's strategic expansion plans, including a new medical campus slated to break ground next year. As one of the largest facilities serving the region between Charleston, SC, and Savannah, GA, the hospital is committed to meeting the needs of a growing patient population and community. Position Highlights :

  • The incoming physician will join one fellowship-trained FPMRS urologist and three urology dedicated APPs.
  • Call will be 1 : 3 and is non-burdensome, as an established locums provider from the community will be supporting call.
  • Bread-and-butter position with robotic training required. Some subspecialty interests can be supported in the context of a general urology position, including urologic oncology.
  • Start with immediate volume including OR block time. New grads can anticipate a steady ramp up period in a supportive environment.
  • Can support J1 and H-1B visa holders.
  • Highly competitive compensation package which includes an attractive base salary, production bonus, quality incentives, and APP supervision bonuses.
  • Other benefits include relocation, sign-on bonus, malpractice insurance, pension plans, benefits, student loan repayment, malpractice insurance, and paid vacation time off.
