Salary Range : $900 - $1150 per week

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in developing and executing strategic communication plans designed to enhance our brand presence, engage various stakeholder groups, and promote our organizational initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and community outreach, to ensure that all communication efforts are aligned with our mission and values. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote organizational initiatives.
  • Create and edit content for various channels including websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with our audience online.
  • Coordinate events and communication campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Support media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, ideally 2-3 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for analytics and engagement.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for communication strategies.
