Compensation : $17.00$22.00 per hour

Role Overview

Were seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman / Crew Lead to manage projects and lead teams on-site. In this role, youll direct crew members, ensure job quality, operate equipment, and communicate with clients. If you have proven landscaping or hardscape experience and are ready to take on a leadership role, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead landscaping and hardscaping crews.
  • Organize daily work schedules and assign tasks.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
  • Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, skid steers, trucks, trailers).
  • Ensure job quality meets company standards.
  • Communicate with clients and management about project progress.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain clean job sites.

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment.
