Practice Development Specialist
The Practice Development Specialist leads the firm's financial professional onboarding, training, and practice development efforts. This role will assist firm leaders with efforts to grow, provide services to Financial Professionals for overall support and enhance our commitment to the Financial Professionals' Client relationship.
Candidate Note : This role is a Hybrid role which will require an in-office presence in the Dallas area. Responsibilities
- Liaise with broker-dealer, firm leadership, and vendors to deliver and coordinate support for FPs with investments and other broker-dealer business, including brokerage, third-party asset managers, mutual funds, and variable products (life / annuity)
- Support new and existing financial professionals with broker-dealer systems and processes training to deliver an exceptional financial professional experience
- Team with firm leadership and broker-dealer transition team to provide direct support to new financial professionals during their transition to the firm
- Responsible for developing and coordinating training opportunities and schedule for the firm; including protection products (insurance), investments, and practice development programs
- Work with financial professionals to improve and grow their businesses by providing support in areas such as teaming, succession planning, and business continuity
- Serve as a resource and direct questions to the appropriate enterprise support groups.

Bachelor's Degree requiredFINRA licensing required (7 / 66 or 6 / 63)Experience
5-7 years strong financial services industry experience required; preferably with a broker-dealer or comprehensive financial planning practice.Familiarity and experience with Broker-Dealer business processes (systems, processes etc.) requiredHistory of developing lasting relationships with Financial ProfessionalsSuccessfully managed working in a hybrid work environment; comfort working others via virtual meetings and telephoneSalary Range - $100,000 - $125,000
