Overview
Itochu Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for IT Help Desk. Comprised of Master Halco, Alta Forest Products, Daiken North America, and US Premier Tube Mills; Itochu Building Products is the largest and leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America.
As the member of the IT Help Desk , you will be the primary support conduit for all of Itochu Building Products companies. You will be responsible for answering support calls, administering the help desk mailbox and entering the trouble tickets into the Help Desk system and escalating tickets to resolution. You will also perform basic troubleshooting, maintain service contracts of office equipment and be our first line of support for our users. This position will be based out of our Dallas, TX headquarters.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users by researching and troubleshooting problemsSupport customers remotely and in-person by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective stepsDaily administration, distribution and escalation of support tickets through Jira Service ManagementMicrosoft AD / 0365 account creation and administrationMaintain service contracts of office equipmentQualifications
Required Education and Experience :
2-4 years of experience in a similar roleExperience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and / or Windows 112+ years administrating Active DirectoryExperience supporting and using Office 365 applications.Required Skills / Abilities :
Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detailStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle and own critical issues to resolutionAbility to create technical documentation and training documentsMust be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with employees at all levels of the organizationWork Environment : Office environment
Physical Demands : This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, lift and / or move.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday.
