Position Overview : We are actively seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Neurosurgeon to join our growing program. This is a full-time, employed position offering the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in expanding neurosurgical services in the Greater Phoenix area. Practice Highlights : Full-time, hospital-employed opportunityClinic / OR schedule : 2-3 days per week eachCall responsibilities : 7-10 days per month164-bed acute care hospital with comprehensive obstetrics, emergency services, advanced robotics, orthopedic procedures, and cardiovascular care.Dedicated Physician Assistant support (one per attending via shared pool)Backed by a seasoned Service Line Director focused on neurosurgery program growthCollaborative team that includes :

1 experienced neurosurgeon

7 hybrid neurologists (outpatient & inpatient)

1 interventional neurologist
