Role Overview We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up custom home builds from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for new build custom home projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews
• Create and maintain construction schedules and budgets
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and code compliance
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers
• Provide weekly progress updates and resolve issues proactively Qualifications
• 5 years experience in residential construction management (custom homes preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Florida building codes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple trades
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
