Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business goals
Initiate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual goals are met
Lead partner negotiations and coordinate technical onboarding and integration for new partners
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
Strong understanding of database and search technology, AI / ML ecosystems, and open-source solutions
Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
