Controller Position

Our client, a well-established nonprofit, is seeking a controller to provide leadership and stability during a period of transition. This position is on-site permanent in Seattle. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated accounting team. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing mentorship, and addressing any performance-related matters. Key responsibilities include :

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, conduct pricing and cost analysis, and review departmental budgets.
• Process Improvement : Support the organization in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing their ERP. The organization has experienced system and process gaps and is looking for someone to help drive improvements.
• Audit Support : Assist with multiple audits throughout the year including one currently underway.
