Salary Range : $200,000 - $230,000 annually

The Firm, a prestigious AmLaw100 entity, seeks an Intellectual Property Associate to join its Chicago office. This role offers a prime opportunity to engage in high-stakes IP work within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

A Day in the Life :

You’ll tackle copyright, trademark, and domain name issues—performing clearance, prosecuting applications, leading policing efforts, and assisting with IP litigation. The role blends strategic advising with hands-on legal work for a diverse clientele.

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of IP experience
• Admitted to the Illinois Bar
• Experience in trademark / copyright clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation
• Law school transcript required
