job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBuild, test, and optimize various email flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, etc.) Set up and manage 2-3 email campaigns per week QA / test flow logic, fix errors, and improve performance metrics Consolidate SMS and popups into Klaviyo for streamlined communication Ensure list hygiene, proper segmentation, and sunsetting of inactive profiles Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify in a DTC eCommerce setting Strong copywriting skills and knowledge of retention subscription marketing Proven experience in flow architecture and testing within Klaviyo Ability to work directly with internal teams without outsourcing Experience working with clients in the beauty or supplements sector is a plus Demonstrated results from previous clients, showcasing successful flows and KPIs Specific experience in retention marketing strategies for DTC supplements
