A company is looking for a Product Implementation Specialist to assist new clients in successfully onboarding and utilizing the product.
Key Responsibilities
Own customer onboardings from kickoff to go-live, tracking timelines and coordinating across teams
Diagnose onboarding blockers including data mismatches and configuration issues
Perform light technical support tasks such as data imports and SQL lookups
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
Basic knowledge of SQL or a strong willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills
Comfort working across time zones in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus : Experience with customer data migrations, APIs, or workflow automation tools
