Project Accounting Administrator
LHH is partnering with a client that is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Accounting Administrator to support the construction project teams. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial tracking, billing, and reporting across multiple projects. Experience with AIA billing is strongly preferred, as it plays a key role in our client invoicing process.
Responsibilities :
- Manage project accounting functions including contract setup, budget tracking, and cost reporting.
- Prepare and submit AIA-style progress billings in coordination with project managers and clients.
- Reconcile project costs and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and lien waivers.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, change orders, and billing documentation.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
