• Position : Hospital-Employed Pulmonary Critical Care Physician
• Facilities : Two hospitals (350-bed main and 54-bed women and children s)
• Current Team : 4 Pulm / CCs at primary hospital, 2 at secondary hospital
• Coverage : ICU at main hospital Intensivist opportunity available
• ICU Details : 18-bed surgical ICU, 16-bed medical ICU
• Reason for Recruitment : Replacement, market shortage, long appointment wait times, retirements, and coverage flexibility Office Hours :
• Mon-Thu : 8am-5pm
• Fri : 8am-3pm Ancillary Services :
• Full range in hospital
• PFTs, chest X-rays, EKGs in office Staff :
• 17 total (9 clinic staff, 8 non-clinical staff) Compensation & Benefits :
• Base Salary : 60th percentile of MGMA wRVU structure
• Signing Bonus : $75K (3-year commitment)
• Student Signing Stipend : Monthly
• Annual Performance Bonus : Up to $25K (90th percentile ASA Unit metrics)
• Relocation Stipend : $10K
