What You'll Be Doing

Operate screed and paving equipment to ensure a smooth asphalt surface.

Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality.

Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor equipment repairs.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.

Conditions Of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$40.85 base 28.69 per hour w / NYS DOL Prevailing wage pay based on work.
