About the Role

As a Level 3 Designer at ZoomInfo, you'll independently own and deliver design solutions for our B2B intelligence platform and solutions (SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS). You'll lead design efforts within project teams, contribute to team growth by sharing feedback and design practices with peers, and help shape our AI-enhanced user experiences while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs

What You'll Do

• Independently own and deliver end-to-end design solutions for key features and product areas
• Lead the design process from research through implementation, ensuring high-quality execution
• Create sophisticated data visualizations that transform complex business intelligence into actionable insights
• Partner with product managers to define requirements and success metrics
• Apply and extend our design system to ensure consistency while exploring AI-enhanced interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Supports peers by offering feedback and sharing design practices to help elevate team work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams
• Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply. : $133,600 USD - $183,700 USD
