Quality Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Direct Hire / Full Time / Salaried job with a client in Hollister, CA. This position require at least 5 years in a Quality-focussed role.

• Salary Range : $122,000 to $226,000 per year. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
• Shift : 4 / 10's – Monday through Thursday
• Type : Direct Hire / Full Time / Salaried
• Location : Hollister, CA

The Quality Manager is a pivotal leadership role, actively supervising a team comprising both hourly and salaried employees within the quality department. This role is essential in the administration and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in a manufacturing setting. As a manager, this position entails a balance of on-the-floor manufacturing quality engineering support and the oversight of the manufacturing quality engineering team as well as collaboration with customer quality engineering to drive adherence to customer flow down requirements. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality, the Quality Manager works in close partnership to refine and elevate the QMS at our client. This position requires significant strategic engagement, developing new processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency across various sectors of the organization.
