Job Description

The Dental Front Office Receptionist (DFOR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing front office duties for the NATIVE HEALTH clinics. This includes greeting patients in a positive and friendly manner, answering all incoming phone calls, appointment setting, updating patient information, verifying eligibility for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) or other patient payment sources, payment collection, payment processing, and other clerical duties. The DFOR works collaboratively as a team and are primarily responsible for being the first point of contact with patients, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
