Architectural Designer / Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated professional to join a growing architecture and interior design team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is excited about taking ownership of their work from concept through construction administration.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of Construction Documents : setting up drawings, coordinating details, and conducting thorough QA on your own work.
- Utilize Revit at an advanced level, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout all phases of the design process.
- Work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors with professionalism and confidence.
- Support and lead during the Construction Administration (CA) process, including :
Reviewing and responding to submittals
Answering RFIs (Requests for Information)Issuing updated drawings as neededCollaborate with internal team members to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions on schedule.Manage project schedules for on-time delivery.Manage the codes submission process.What We're Looking For
3–8 years of experience in an architecture firm, with a strong focus on technical documentation.Demonstrated mastery of Revit and ability to manage drawing sets independently.Solid understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods.Experience in Construction Documents and Construction Administration (CA) processes.Strong communication and client-interaction skills—professional, personable, and solution-oriented.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects.Why Join This Team?
