Job Position : General Labor / Helper

Location : ARLINGTON, TX 76010

Pay Rate : $16 per our hour

Shift : First Shift / Second Shift

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for  General Labor Associate  who is  responsible  and has experience reading a  tape measure and basic hand tools . This position offers steady work, hands-on learning, and the chance to grow within the manufacturing industry. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Assist in moving and handling long metal pieces with a team member (typically under 45 lbs per person).

Perform inventory checks on large metal pieces and other materials.

Accurately measure materials using a tape measure for production and inventory purposes.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company safety policies and use required personal protective equipment.

Support various departments with general labor tasks as needed.

Inspect materials for quality and ensure accuracy in labeling and storage.

Requirements :

Steel-toe boots required at all times in the work area.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Must know how to read a tape measure accurately.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Previous experience in a warehouse or fabrication environment is preferred but not required.

Willingness to learn and take direction
