Job Description

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for leading analytics and reporting initiatives that drive operational excellence across all operations departments, with a primary focus on procurement, supply chain, maintenance, and construction

This role will partner closely with operations leadership, procurement, IT, and finance teams to design reporting solutions, identify process inefficiencies, and provide data-driven insights that improve cost efficiency, vendor performance, and service quality.

This role requires a data-driven, solutions-oriented professional. Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.

• Analytics & Reporting

Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across procurement, supply chain, maintenance, and construction.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

Serve as the analytics lead and trusted advisor for procurement, supply chain, maintenance, and construction leadership.

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$77,560.00 - $129,260.00
