Accounts Receivable Clerk
Looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 3-4 month assignment in Paterson, NJ
Shift : Monday-Friday
Schedule : 7am-4pm
Pay Rate : $25-$30 depending on Experience
The Accounts Receivable Associate will oversee all collection activities and the resolution of customer charge back claims, disputes, and billing issues to ensure accurate, prompt processing and cash application.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring cash collections, cash application, chargebacks, disputes, and resolutions
- Managing weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
- Managing the A / R monthly closing process, account reconciliations
- Supporting external audits
Qualifications
