Position Overview :

  • The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in the management of the COAM (Coin Operated Amusement Machines) parts inventory for service teams, game swap teams, and game preparation teams.
  • This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of COAM warehouse inventory processes and providing essential support to the Warehouse Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records for all COAM service parts, ensuring that all entries are up-to-date and precise.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of COAM service parts.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.

    • Support for Service Teams :

  • Manage the distribution of parts to service, game swap, and game prep teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of parts for service calls and game installations.
  • Track and document parts usage to maintain accurate inventory records.

    • Data Management and Reporting :

  • Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory levels, movements, and transactions.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular inventory status updates to the Warehouse Manager and other stakeholders.

    • Assistance to Warehouse Manager :

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management COAM experience is highly desired, but not required.
