Uniquities is a boutique that specializes in unique, ready-to-wear brands and premium denim, and features an edited mix of emerging & established designer clothing and accessories.

Do you love fashion, creating standout customer experiences, and bringing style to life both in-store and on social media? Were looking for a Full or Part-Time Social & Sales Associate to join our boutique team and help tell the Uniquities storythrough styling, selling, and digital content creation.

About the Role :

As a Social & Sales Associate, youll play a dual role in the boutique : combining your love of client styling with your creativity in content and community engagement. Youll build genuine customer relationships on the sales floor while also contributing to the boutiques digital presencewhether thats helping plan social content, sharing styling tips on Instagram Stories, or showcasing new arrivals. This hybrid role is perfect for someone whos trend-savvy, social media aware, and thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with daily social media content creationmodeling looks, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and showcasing product stories
  • Deliver an elevated client experience through personalized service, trend-driven outfitting, and deep product knowledge
  • Actively build and maintain a client book through styling appointments, outreach, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with leadership on merchandising, events, and in-store marketing efforts

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in retail, fashion styling, or customer service (social media experience a plus!)
  • Enthusiastic, fashion-focused, and confident in front of the camera (even a phone camera!)
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, client-first environment
  • Ability to multitask, manage time well, and pivot between in-store and social priorities
  • A natural sense of style, curiosity, and passion for the boutique shopping experience
