As a Physician Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and screening highly qualified physician candidates for one of the region's leading academic health systems.

In this role, you'll spend much of your time sourcing and assessing candidates, ensuring strong alignment between their clinical expertise, academic interests, and the needs of the organization.
